Fair Winds and Following Seas

It is with profound sadness that we share the devastating news of the passing of beloved Mystic Ocean Adventures (MOA) board member Jane Thomas on January 18, 2026.

This is not just a loss for MOA, her passing is a tremendous loss for the local sailing community, the women's sailing community, Channel Islands Yacht Club, Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club, and all of her many friends.

While we know her spirit is now free, we will so miss Jane, her positivity, her strength, her kindness, and her steady hand. We just wish we had so many more years to share with you, Jane.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Jane's husband, Kenny, and all of her family and friends.
